A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Step 1: Register your interest

Ultimately your initial step will be to register your details with us. This can be achieved either via registering your details online or calling one of our agents direct.
If your situation should require you to move as a matter of urgency and you are short of time then we suggest that you call our agents direct to get more of an up-to-date status on our room availability through-out London (Zones 1 – 4 )
With a whole variety of rooms to let within zones 1 – 4 through
MNC Rooms, you can rest assure that we can assist in most instances.

Step 2: Finding the right property

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements you will receive a selection of rooms that match your criteria. We can also keep you constantly up-to-date via email and SMS alerts when the latest flatshare become available.

Step 3: Is a short let right for you?
A short let is ideal if you are looking for a short term residential solution and offers a good alternative to staying in a hotel or serviced apartment. They are especially popular with visitors to the capital, people getting to know a new area or those renovating or moving home. A short let can predominantly offer you flexibility in rental length and is usually furnished to a high standard with all bills included in the rent (in our case we offer Internet as a free service). At MNC Rooms our minimum term for renting any of our managed properties are 6 months. Tenants are more than welcomed to extend their stay and benefit from the services that MNC Rooms offer.

Step 4: Consider a managed property

An increasing number of tenants insist on renting fully managed properties in order to achieve complete peace of mind. Renting a managed property has the benefit of a dedicated Property Manager to handle your day-to-day issues, a 24-hour helpline with emergency contact details should a problem arise and the assurance that your property is fully compliant with all safety regulations (including Gas Safety, Electrical Safety and Furniture and Furnishings acts).

Step 5: The key to successful viewings

The era of overtime in employment and extended hours demands that people currently are lacking the time to view during working hours. That is why at MNC Rooms, there are staff available, until the late hours, to conduct viewings to cater around peoples ever increasing time. In some instances we will chauffeur you to your viewings ensuring you arrive in a relaxed frame of mind and accompany you throughout so that we are on hand to answer any questions immediately and advise where necessary.

Step 6: Offer agreed

If an arrangement is met with one of our mobile agents, then the following are the next procedures taken:
  • Collect references from the referees that you have provided
  • Arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement
  • Collect your moving in payment (rent + deposit)
  • Carry out your check-in and inventory

Step 7: Completion

Upon completion, you will be given a set of keys and if your property is managed we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager's contact details.
Congratulations, you can now move into your new home!
